This means that customers can enjoy the devices for a long time and, together with Killer Tools, they are responsible for the sustainable use of electronic devices. The ART38 series of dent pullers has a 10 year limited warranty.  All other tools have a 1-year warranty unless otherwise stipulated. There is no warranty on consumable items.

Warranty Claim Steps
Repair: The warranty entitles you to free repair of any damaged parts covered by the warranty. The warranty period is five years and begins upon receipt of the goods. Example: Receipt of the goods on June 30, 2023. Start of the warranty period: June 30, 2023. End of the warranty period: June 29, 2028.

What to do in the event of a warranty claim: You can read further detailed information below. To be able to claim the warranty, please contact us within the warranty period. You can do this both by phone and by email. Our staff will be happy to help you. After a detailed analysis, a repair will be carried out and the device will be sent back to you. If a repair is not possible, a replacement will be sent to you after consultation. The repair and return shipping are free of charge for you. You only pay for shipping to us. Due to the weight of welders, make sure they are well packed and insured when shipped to us. We cannot be responsible for shipping damage to our facility.

Services outside of the warranty: Regardless of the warranty and the type of problem, our service and technical staff are at your disposal. Therefore, if necessary, you are welcome to contact us outside of the warranty period. After analyzing the device, you will receive a cost estimate and then decide how you would like to proceed.

About California Proposition 65: Proposition 65 is a law that requires warnings be provided to California consumers when they might be exposed to chemicals identified by California as causing cancer or reproductive toxicity. The warnings are intended to help California consumers make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals from the products they use. The California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) administers the Proposition 65 program and publishes the listed chemicals, which includes more that 850 chemicals. In August 2016, OEHHA adopted new regulations, effective on August 30, 2018, which change the information required in Proposition 65 warnings. We are providing the following warning for products linked to this page: WARNING: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Tools: The State of California requires the following notice:
WARNING: Some dust created by power sanding, sawing, grinding, drilling, and other construction activities contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. Some examples of these chemicals are:
  • Lead from lead-based paints
  • Crystalline silica from bricks and cement and other masonry products
  • Arsenic and chromium from chemically treated lumber.
Your risk from exposure to these chemicals varies, depending on how often you do this type of work. To reduce your exposure, work in a well-ventilated area and with approved safety equipment, such as dust masks that are specially designed to filter out microscopic particles. For additional information on the new Proposition 65 warnings, see https://www.p65warnings.ca.gov/new-proposition-65-warnings
